Why is Pulp Fiction better.

1) The stories are not in chronological order. If they where it would've not been a good movie that's what made it stand out it made you keep up.

2) The characters.

Butch: He's an aging fighter who sees one last payday and a bigger one if he crosses the mob and gets out of dodge fast enough. When he doesn't throw the fight and gets into the cab and the driver tells him that he killed the other fighter he didn't mean to kill him but he didn't feel bad about it but one thing Butch will feel bad about is letting the mob boss who wants him dead to continue being raped and not doing anything to stop it even though he has a clear exit out.

Jules & Vincent: The bulk of the movie is centered around these two hit men and the journey they go through to get the briefcase back to the mob boss, after they kill two a third pops out of the bathroom and fires 6 rounds at them and all 6 bullets miss. Jules believes it was divine intervention while Vincent believes it was luck and tries to convince Jules but Jules believes what just happened was a sign to leave the life Vincent still not convinced leads to "I just shot Marvin in the face". Then in the diner they pick up the conversation they have about the shit they've been through so far over the briefcase but once again Vincent is not convinced on why Jules is leaving the life then they run into Pumpkin & Honey Bunny and that was the last sign for Vincent because after he gets killed by Butch (but not in chronological order).

Those 3 characters made the movie.
